Ryan Gander's works are on show in the international group exhibition Alles im Wunderland. The exhibition explores man's ambivalent relationship with nature, focusing in particularly on his dealings with those animals that he finds annoying, harmful, disgusting or unwelcome. In the works on view, the separation between the human-made categories “animal” and “human” is questioned. Instead of forcing a dichotomous demarcation, the artists open up insights into a completely different world - be it through fusion, metamorphosis, poetry, role reversal, shifting in size, materiality, beauty of form, technology or humor.
