Ryan Gander has created new work in glass to be displayed in Sunderland and Durham from Spring 2022, with an exhibition at National Glass Center that started in March. He created an installation sited within a disused shop in Sunderland City Centre. The installation takes shape as a recently abandoned betting shop produced entirely in clear glass, reflecting on the changing state of our city centres.
